Deposits: To secure an appointment, clients may be required to make a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated. 

 

Payments: Payment for services may be made by bank transfer, cash or card payment. Prices are subject to change..

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so within 48 hours or the deposit will be lost. If you cancel outside the 48 hours the deposit will still be non refundable but can be used on rebooking another slot. If cancelled on the day of the appointment full treatment price will be charged. If cancelled within 48 hours then 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
